Meet the team
Taival Films, supported by the MWFF, wanted to offer a seat at the table for women passionate about sharing their talents, thoughts and stories through film.
The year’s Initiative focuses on finding the next up-and-coming Cinematographer.
The team behind the campaign were a of group of passionate Filmmakers and Storytellers working in Melbourne, Australia.
Meet them below!
- Head of Audio (Post-Production) -
Mig is an audio professional specialising in sound design, composing and sound editing. He is also a location recordist and boom op with quality gear for grabbing crisp audio on set. Mig highly adaptable, communicative, easygoing and passionate about every job regardless of how large or small.
- Head of Audio (Location Sound) -
Jan is currently studying Audio at SAE Institute. She loves everything to do with sound. From booming on set a film, creating foley in the studio and sound editing/mixing in post production - you name it - she is keen to get involved! Jan loves spending time with her dogs and doing all things outdoors.
- Apply for a Crew Role -
The winning script will be made into a short film by Taival Films in 2020, and we are looking for like-minded Film Professionals to join the crew that creates the story to be screened at MWFF in 2021.
