Meet the Mentors

We are proud to have a mentoring team of amazing Cinematographers and professional Filmmakers on board, who will support the three finalist Cinematographers to polish their vision and pitches over the course of a two-month Mentoring Program in 2020.

MENTORING PROGRAM

EACH SHORTLISTED SCREENWRITER WILL
BE GIVEN THEIR OWN MENTOR

Three shortlisted Cinematographers will be delegated their own Mentor after the MWFF Award Ceremony in February 2020.

The Mentors will help their Cinematographers polish their vision, treatment and pitch during the course of two months (March 1st to April 31st).
Cinematographers will have three face-to-face workshops with their Mentors, as well as weekly communication. 
 
The final judging round of the shortlisted Cinematographers will take place at the end of April 2020.

The winner will see their filmmaking vision come alive and the Cinematographer on Georgia Ketels short film ‘Recollection’, produced by Taival Films and premiered at MWFF in 2021.
